Custom SIP Proxy

Create your branded SIP Proxy and configure your devices with your domain instead of ours. Your SIP Proxy will take advantage of our dual-redundant load-balancing configuration with fail-over capability.  It will be available regardless of equipment failure on our end.  In order for you to take advantage of this, it is necessary for you to create a sub domain and edit your DNS record.  Please contact your web hosting provider or system admin and provide them with the technical information below in order to have your Custom SIP Proxy created.

DNS Configuration for using your SIP Proxy: Here is an example excerpt of named configuration file that can be used as a guide for your DNS setup: 

$ORIGIN yourdomain.com
sip IN CNAME sip.yourdomain.com

Each web-hosting provider has different methods to create and point sub domains. Please contact the technical support team from your hosting provider and ask them for help to create and re-direct the sub domain as we have mentioned above. Note: The re-direct must be IN CNAME to use the custom SIP Proxy.
