Billing and Payment Questions

Changing credit card information online if you are a RESELLER.


Problem:

How do I make changes to credit card information online?


Solution:

  • Log in to your Reseller Administration Page's billing preferences area (https://www.postqueue.com/secure/) using your Reseller ID and password for your account. Then refer to the Statement of Account in the MAIN MENU to review and confirm the balance in your account.
  • You may then return to the MAIN MENU and proceed to Payment Preferences to choose a method of payment:
    • CHARGE an existing credit card
    • ADD a new credit card or EDIT an existing one,
    • CHANGE to a different method of payment such as PAYPAL (please type your PAYPAL email address in the provided field and save by clicking SUBMIT).

Please Note: If paying via PAYPAL, once you submit your payment you will be re-directed to the PayPal login screen to complete your payment.
