NOTE: Free soft phones typically only support CODEC G.711. Certain network routes do not support CODEC G.711. This may make it necessary to purchase an upgraded soft phone, or an actual IP device.

STEP 1
Accept the license agreement and click next. A new window will open asking you to select additional component installation. Make sure you DO NOT check any of them and click “finish”

STEP 2
Select and test your audio devices (microphone and sound card) and click “next”

STEP 3
In the TALK MODE screen leave the default settings. Make sure that “Prefer lower bandwidth usage (but with lower audio quality) is selected.

STEP 4
In the ACCOUNT SETUP window select “yes I have a sip account”. We will use your 7 digit Virtual Number and SIP password for this configuration.

STEP 5
In SIP DETAILS enter the following information:

Friendly Display Name
Enter your name

7 Digit Virtual Number
Enter the virtual number you created in our system

SIP password
Enter the SIP password you created for your Virtual Number.

STEP 6
Click “finish' and start making calls.
