How do my customers get “signed up” if they order directly from my web site?
Logistically speaking, we send the provisioning emails to your clients on your behalf, but the emails will appear to come from your company. Your client will authenticate the email and that will immediately turn on their service. The credit that you establish with us allows you to provision new subscribers via the web site, but it is imperative that you have a way to check and approve the clients’ payment method. With regard to equipment, we suggest that you stock a low level of inventory so that you can quickly respond to new business and avoid excessive shipping costs. In addition, we can pre-configure the equipment for you so that out of the box, the accounts are activated and ready to go with or without phone numbers.

How do I pay VarPhonex?
Resellers go through a ramp up period that among other things allows them to establish credit with VarPhonex. As back up, all resellers are required to have a credit card on file, even when they are billed with monthly credit terms. As we are not an equipment manufacturer, we do not offer payment plans or initial inventory programs. Once credit has been established, all invoices are due within 15 days.
