Can I buy a toll free number to receive calls?
You can add a US/Canada toll free phone number to any existing account through the user control panel. The fee for a toll free number is $4.95 per month and .04 per minute. Please follow the steps below to add a phone number to an existing account:
- Login to your account
- Click on "place order"
- Select a virtual number from the drop down menu and click “next”
- Select the product that you would like to purchase (Individual North America toll-free Unlimited or Single TOLL FREE US DID Number),click "ADD"
- Click on "Choose a DID"
- Select the Country, Region, Exchange and click "select"
- Click "finished"
- Select the billing address, then payment method and click on "confirm order" to complete the transaction.
