How do I buy a phone number (DID)?

 

You can add a DID to any existing account through your Control Panel. Please follow the steps below to add a phone number to an existing account:

1. Go to: https://www.inphonex.com/secure
   
2. Login with your Virtual Number and password
3. Select the "Order Service" option
   
4. Verify the address information is correct and select the correct VN
5. Hit 'update'
6. The middle of screen will show a blue bar with 'product info' and a pull-down menu
7. Select the pull-down menu and scroll to the middle of the menu to find "Single DID Number" for US numbers or "International Phone Number" based on your needs.
8. Then to select hit the green PLUS icon next to the menu
9. Click inside the box that says "select DID number" and this will bring up a POPUP window for you to select your number, press select to confirm the DID choice
10. Then select Finish and complete the order with payment information.
