What is purpose of 911 and acknowledgement?
Problem:
Cannot make calls due to error 306.Solution:
E911 is an emergency public safety response feature in the USA only. We were required by the FCC - Federal Communications Commission of the US to warn and receive client acknowledgment that the E911 over VoIP is limited.You have to go to your User Control Panel and login with your Virtual Number and case sensitive password. Once you have made that acknowledgment, you will be able to proceed to use the service.
