What does error 403 mean?
Problem:
Possible causes and solutions for error 403.Solution:
Error 403 may be caused by:1. SPX CODEC is used exclusively to call the PSTN. Also when calling 600- there is no ystem prompt, you will hear the echo immediately. When calling 8500 the system hangs up immediately.
Please make sure the CODECs displayed on the softphone's screen are enabled- bold writing.
2. The softphone is using the incorrect SIP password. The password is case sensitive, please make sure it is correctly entered.
