What does error 404 mean?
Problem:
Call Failed: 404 Timeout ErrorSolution:
This error is a general failure to authenticate your account or that the destination number is not available or incorrect.
Ensuring your account is properly entered:
Make sure your 7 digit phone number and password are properly entered if using an existing account. Close out the softphone and re-open, and ensure that it registers correctly with "Logged in - Enter phone number".
