Can the Auto Attendant dial an external number when dialing a specific option in the menu?
Problem:
I want the SPA 9000 to call my cell phone or a specific phone number once the caller dials an option in the Auto Attendant's menu.Solution:
The Auto Attendant in SPA 9000 can only call internal extensions.If you need to forward the call once the caller dials your extension number, you can configure call forwarding in the UA where your extension number is configured.
